RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Our efforts are aimed to gladden you & serve you better each time. We have a fair return policy that allows for effortless returns & exchanges in compliance with our terms & conditions.

How do I return or exchange a product?

You can initiate an exchange/return within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns and Exchange Policy. To initiate a return or exchange, Click Here.

Return/ Exchange Terms & Conditions

All returned products must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place. If without tags or damaged original packaging, return shall not be approved and no refund shall be processed in such cases. We reserve the right to conduct a thorough quality check of the returned product to ensure it is resalable before issuing a credit or exchange.

If we receive a returned product that doesn’t meet the above mentioned conditions, it shall be returned to the customer at their expense and no amount shall be reimbursed.

How many times can I exchange a product?

You can exchange only once. Once an exchange has been processed, the product(s) cannot be returned or exchanged and the transaction will be considered final. However, if you receive a wrong product in exchange, it shall be granted an exception to this policy.

Return & Refund Process

Freebies are not entitled to refund/exchange. Once the request is received, pick-up shall be done as informed and if approved, a refund shall be issued within 10 working days to your bank account or an e-Wallet only

Note: Only the purchase price shall be refunded.

What should be done if I receive a damaged or defective product?

We conduct a fine inspection to deliver the quality as promised. Still, if you happen to receive a damaged or defective product, notify us on support@emeros.in within 24 hours of receipt along with supporting images, for any action to be taken.

Return Abuse Policy

Return or exchange request for other than genuine reasons, is a privilege offered to our customers. If any customer is found to be abusing this privilege, Emeros holds the right to not accept any such requests from such customers.

When can I cancel my Order?

After receiving your order, our customer care team will confirm the order with you over email, phone, text message or WhatsApp. If you are not able to confirm the same despite multiple attempts, the order will be auto cancelled within 48 hours of placement.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by dropping a mail at support@emeros.in or call/WhatsApp at +918146889294 only BEFORE your order has been dispatched. Post the dispatch, we would not be able to entertain any cancellation requests.

Disputes

To raise a dispute, please send an email to support@emeros.in within 3 days of delivery. You should mention the name of the product, order ID along with other details which are of concern. If the dispute is filed after 3 days, the same will be entertained solely on discretion of Emeros.
